Accountancy

We offer a range of accountancy services. These services differ in complexity and are structured to assist a range of business from Sole traders to Limited Companies.

Sole Traders
We are able to complete the accounts for sole traders either income and expenditure statements that comply with self assessment regulations to full balance sheet and profit and loss accounts, dependant on the clients budget and requirements

Limited Companies
We prepare full statutory accounts. We are also able to ensure that the companies disclosure to the public at large is kept to an absolute minimum by preparing  abbreviated accounts for filing with Companies House.

We can also prepare management accounts from records provided by your staff or accept your instructions to maintain your accounting function and prepare monthly of quarterly management accounts dependant upon budget.

This can be maintained on sage and accessed by the directors or shareholders or reports emailed as required.

We are not  auditors and do not perform an audit service however for clients who require an independent audit report where turnover exceeds 5.6 million or the client is a Public Limited Company we are able to ( through our network of contacts)  assist in placing this work with either local or national auditors.
